Turns out the answers were pretty consistent across the team: 🎨 art projects 🐾 spending time with pets 🌿 enjoying the outdoors ☕ and the very strategic “bio break” Small things, but they make a difference. Especially in fast-moving environments where it’s easy to stay glued to a screen all day. #WellnessAtWork #TeamCulture #RemoteWorkLife #OfficeLife #MentalReset #WorkplaceWellness

  • 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝 288 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 2026, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫. It’s that nearly every announcement pointed toward the same conclusion: AI requires a new monetization model, and most enterprise billing architectures weren’t designed for it. 🔸 Streaming payments. 🔸 Token-based pricing. 🔸 Agent wallets. 🔸 Real-time settlement. 🔸 AI-native fraud prevention. This is a major shift away from the predictable subscription environments most quote-to-cash architectures were built around. The question for enterprise leaders is no longer just: “How do we launch AI products?” It’s: “Can our revenue architecture operationalize AI monetization at scale?” We broke down our perspective on this announcement here https://lnkd.in/ekSnUJD5 #AI #RevenueOperations #BillingArchitecture #QuoteToCash #SubscriptionMonetization

  • 𝐀𝐈 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲. Per-seat. Consumption-based. Credits. Outcome pricing. But many organizations are discovering the harder challenge sits underneath the pricing model itself. AI products introduce operational variability that traditional billing environments were never designed to handle: 🔸 Dynamic consumption 🔸 Token-based entitlements 🔸 Real-time usage tracking 🔸 Rapid pricing experimentation 🔸 Constant packaging changes What looks simple in a pricing workshop can become extremely complex once finance, product, engineering, and RevOps teams attempt to operationalize it across the quote-to-cash process. The organizations that scale successfully will not necessarily have the most creative pricing models. They will have systems capable of supporting continuous monetization evolution without introducing downstream billing friction, revenue leakage, or reporting instability. The next competitive advantage may not be the AI feature itself. It may be the ability to monetize and adapt faster than competitors. https://lnkd.in/eiHwX2rd

  • 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦. They fail because teams underestimate everything connected to it. Legacy data spread across systems. Integrations with CPQ, CRM, and ERP platforms. Undocumented billing logic. Compliance requirements. Testing scenarios no one has touched in years. By the time these issues surface mid-project, timelines slip, costs rise, and operational risk starts to build. The teams that migrate successfully do not start with configuration. They start with discovery. 🔸 What data actually needs to move? 🔸 What integrations keep revenue flowing? 🔸 Where are the manual workarounds hiding? 🔸 What happens if downtime impacts billing operations? At Synthesis Systems, we see the same pattern again and again: migration success comes down to preparation, data discipline, and a clear roadmap before implementation begins. Billing migrations are never just system projects. They are business continuity projects. https://lnkd.in/eUfyN8b9 #Billing #DataMigration #QuoteToCash #RevenueOperations #DigitalTransformation

  • 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡? Not from a dashboard. Not from a quarterly report. But from the processes, pricing logic, billing rules, and operational controls that actually drive revenue every day. We built the 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 to help revenue leaders, finance teams, and RevOps professionals explore exactly that. In just a few minutes, you’ll get a clearer picture of where your Quote-to-Cash operations are strong and where there may be untapped opportunities to improve scalability, visibility, or resilience. • 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐈. Almost no one is managing what happens when those systems have to make decisions together. The numbers are sobering. 95% of AI pilots never make it to production. 71% of CFOs still can't point to clear ROI from AI initiatives. 47% of organizations have already experienced negative consequences from GenAI. That's not a capability problem. That's an orchestration problem. Most enterprises now have a growing collection of models, bots, and LLMs sitting across their stack. Each one doing something useful in isolation. The problem isn't any one of them. The problem is that nobody is in charge of which AI answers, when, with what information, and for whom. Three things are quietly compounding this: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝. Not every task requires the same engine. When there is no orchestration layer making intelligent routing decisions, organizations default to running everything through their most expensive model. No point in hitting a thumb tack with a hammer. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐝. Most enterprises make access control decisions at the model level, trusting each tool to enforce permissions correctly. That's not a governance strategy. That's exposure waiting to happen. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝. A CFO and a contractor asking the same question should get different answers. A churn-risk customer should trigger a different response than a routine billing inquiry. Without a reasoning layer governing those decisions, you don't get intelligence. You get noise with a confidence score. At Synthesis Systems, we run into this constantly in revenue operations. Billing systems, CPQ layers, ERP integrations, each with its own data and its own version of the truth. Layering AI on top of that without deliberate orchestration doesn't simplify the problem. It multiplies it. The fix isn't fewer tools. It's an architecture that knows what each system should answer, who should see it, which engine is the right one for the job, and what it costs to get there. That's the conversation we're building with our clients. https://lnkd.in/eCH_Jfzp

If usage data cannot be captured, rated, and translated into finance-ready transactions, revenue leakage is only a matter of time. In this blog, we break down how leading companies are turning connected devices into scalable recurring revenue and why billing often becomes the real bottleneck. https://lnkd.in/gwmjz_5h #IoT #Billing #SubscriptionEconomy #RevenueOperations #UsageBasedBilling

  • 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐠𝐨 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠. It breaks down across the process. A quote that doesn't map cleanly to a contract. A contract amendment that doesn't reflect in billing. Usage that gets captured late, or not at all. None of it looks like a crisis on its own. But across a full quote-to-cash flow, the gaps add up. That's why end-to-end matters. Not just fixing one stage but securing every handoff from Quote to Contract to Usage to Billing, so the revenue you've earned actually gets recognized. Synthesis works across the full Q2C flow. Because the number on your dashboard should match the number in your bank. https://lnkd.in/g6eBDAZK #QuoteToCash #RevenueOperations #Q2C #FinanceTransformation #RevenueRecognition #Billing #SynthesisSystems

  • 𝐙𝐮𝐨𝐫𝐚 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐈. New capabilities across contract amendment analysis, revenue allocation, audit response, collections, and even natural language access to financial data. We asked Vijay Raghavan Kumar, what this actually means for organizations already running Zuora. As Vijay put it: “The success of Zuora AI will be driven by the quality of the Zuora implementation and the underlying customer, billing, and revenue data.” If you’re running Zuora and evaluating what AI means for your environment, this is the conversation to start with.
