Happy 5-year anniversary to Brett Larkin!    "Improving quarter over quarter and year over year at Synerfac has never been easy for anyone, however Brett always manages to find quarters and years to improve on afterwards. When it comes to growing year over year, Brett has given himself a challenge coming off of a President’s Club-level finish last year.    Given the extremely high standard he holds himself to, Brett won’t let any obstacles that 2026 has to throw at him steer him away from aiming for a better finish next quarter, the quarter after, etc as well as a President’s Club finish this year, next year, etc.    Someone who’s ability to work under pressure should be studied in a lab, I am excited to see what Brett’s 5th year holds for him and happy that he’s the one I have to bet on to find a way to improve regardless of the circumstances – I always take the “over” when it comes to betting on him and don’t doubt that both himself and the Fort Lauderdale Branch (because of him) will be breaking records in the near future. (She’s a CNC Machinist Wiz!) She has refined her processes, strengthened her search strategies, and optimized her saved searches, leading to stronger weekly submittal numbers and great relationships with her candidates. Beyond Recruiting, Shaylyn also keeps the office entertained with plenty of laughs and is always ready to take on a challenge. That could be head-to-head on a fast start role, or just your average office Planking challenge. She also keeps us up to date on her latest wine tastings (She’s basically a sommelier at this point) and has been enjoying the new Harry Styles album. Congratulations on your first year, Shaylyn!
