Jen joins us after an exceptional 35-year career at American Express, as both an employee and Swell consultant, where she led teams across Marketing, Partnerships, Product Management, Capabilities, and Operations. Over the span of her career, Jen has focused on building strong teams and has been a trusted mentor and leadership advisor. With this expertise, in this role, Jen will manage client relationships, evolve our marketing strategy, and build out our business development programs. We are so excited to have Jen on #TeamSwell.
