Our Dispatch Department keeps the wheels turning — coordinating routes, supporting drivers, and ensuring every load gets where it needs to go. In 2025 alone, they coordinated 3.2 million miles, and 2026 is already off to a strong start with 591,080 miles coordinated so far. It takes precision, communication, and dedication to move freight at this scale—and our dispatch team delivers every day.

When it comes to wrapping up a home, details matter. Our Garage Door department works hard behind the scenes to keep installations scheduled, coordinated with contractors, and completed in a timely manner. Having installed 4,200 garage doors in the last 12 months, they are proud to play a key role in delivering those final touches that complete your home.

It takes a dedicated team to keep a fleet of this size running. From preventative maintenance to last-minute fixes, our maintenance department is responsible for keeping 285 vehicles and equipment operating safely and efficiently—30 large trucks, 95 pickups, 70 trailers, 70 forklifts, and 20 moffetts. Their hard work often happens behind the scenes, but the impact is felt company-wide every single day. Thank you to our maintenance department for keeping us moving forward.

Every year, this night reminds us of one thing: it’s the people that make the magic. ✨ Bringing together our teams from Tennessee, Kentucky, and Alabama under one roof is something we never take for granted. Laughter, stories, memories — we’re walking into the new year with full hearts.

Please help us in congratulating our Employee of the Quarter, Michele! 👏 Michele plays a vital role in our operations, not only at our Summertown, TN, location — but across all of our locations! Part of her role includes managing metal coil inventory levels, insuring accuracy before releasing incoming coils from vendors, and confirming accuracy within the coil billing for all locations! Her signature on documents carries much authority due to her thorough review and consistent accuracy — lifting a workload off everyone involved in inventory and accounting.
