This partnership marks an important step in our continued growth across the South Carolina market as we expand further inland so that more patients and communities can receive high-quality care close to home.   Dr. Franga opened this multi-disciplinary practice in 2018 after many years of serving patients in the Orangeburg, Calhoun, and Santee region.
