Today was a first for Starcom. We cleared afternoon calendars, gathered Starcommers across Chicago, New York, Los Angeles and virtually, and spent the afternoon doing something we have never done before: an Agencywide AI Agent Build Day. One mission: get hands-on with AI and build something real. From first-time Copilot explorers to seasoned agent builders, every level showed up with curiosity, energy and a genuine can-do attitude. Teams spent the afternoon learning, experimenting and creating productivity agents, then shared their best builds across offices in a live share-out. Thank you to every Starcommer who brought their curiosity, their ideas and their best team energy. This is just the beginning.
