Today, we announced the closing of a $600M senior debt facility to support continued growth across our national pipeline. This structure represents the largest of its kind for commercial rooftop distributed energy and is purpose-built to facilitate our increasing project velocity. “This financing marks a meaningful evolution in how we fund and scale distributed energy,” said Clayton Avent, Chief Financial Officer of Solar Landscape. “As our pipeline has grown, so has the need for a structure that can keep pace. This facility allows us to deploy capital more efficiently across multiple portfolios and markets, increasing the speed at which we can bring new capacity online.” The facility is anchored by 146 MW of community solar across Illinois, New Jersey, Maryland, and Minnesota, and was supported by a syndicate led by First Citizens Bank, alongside KeyBank National Association and National Bank of Canada, with additional participation from Atlas, Apterra, Siemens Financial Services, BankUnited, Mitsubishi HC Capital America, Inc., and Amalgamated Bank. Solar Landscape transforms unused rooftop space into long-term revenue. Here's how it works: • Step 1: Share a property list. Our team produces system designs and a clear picture of your revenue opportunity. • Step 2: Our in-house legal team shares a workable lease that reflects your requirements as a CRE owner and what we need to get the project financed. • Step 3: We handle program awards, interconnection, and permitting in-house, so nothing falls through the cracks between feasibility and construction. • Step 4: We build, operate, and maintain every system with in-house teams, giving you a single point of accountability from signing through the life of the project. With the federal solar tax credit expiring on July 4, 2026, the window to sign a rooftop solar lease is shrinking. Reach out today and see how much your roof can earn.

Not every commercial rooftop solar developer can actually build what they promise. The July 4, 2026 ITC deadline leaves no room for a developer who is figuring things out as they go. Solar Landscape has built 58% of all in-service commercial rooftop solar projects in our home state. We began as an EPC and scaled from there. A decade of building these projects means we don't guess on schedules, quality, or cost. Our 200-person operations team, in-house policy experts, and established relationships with IBEW and utilities mean we get projects built.

We’re proud to deepen our partnership with Nuveen, a TIAA company, through a $117M preferred tax equity investment, our second transaction together in under a year. The investment, along with expected tax credit transfer proceeds, will support a 145MW portfolio of commercial solar projects across Maryland, Illinois, New Jersey, and Minnesota. This transaction reflects the continued shift toward more efficient, scalable financing structures that enable faster capital deployment and accelerated project delivery across our growing portfolio. We’re excited to continue building with best-in-class partners and scaling distributed energy infrastructure across the U.S. Read more here: https://lnkd.in/eRXSEVGv

Second to New Jersey, Maryland is Solar Landscape’s most active state for front-of-the-meter commercial rooftop solar development, with 46 operating assets and over 6 million square feet in development. Thanks to partnerships with companies such as Public Storage, PGIM, and Prologis, we continue to scale the benefits of rooftop solar for commercial real estate owners across the state.

Federal incentives for commercial rooftop solar expire July 4, 2026. After that, lease payments drop significantly. In 2025, we built 83% of the rooftop community solar projects energized in New Jersey. We've partnered with over 140 landlords and leased more than 65 million square feet of rooftop space across the state. New Jersey's 3,000 MW community solar program is now open. Owners who move now lock in peak lease rates. We've built more rooftop community solar projects in New Jersey than any other developer. If you own commercial real estate in New Jersey, let's talk about what a long-term rooftop lease could do for your NOI.

If you own commercial real estate, your rooftop may never be more valuable than it is from today to July 4, 2026. Owners who move before that deadline lock in a high lease rate supported by the incentive. After July 4, lease rates decline significantly. With one opportunity left to sign a rooftop lease, it’s critical to pick a partner who is trusted to execute. In 2025, Solar Landscape interconnected over 70 million square feet of commercial rooftop solar projects nationwide. We are the only commercial rooftop solar developer operating at this scale and continuing to expand. Find out what a rooftop lease could mean for your NOI.

The expansion of New Jersey’s Community Solar Energy Program coincides with the federal solar Investment Tax Credit expiring on July 4, 2026. Execution will matter now more than ever. Across the industry, only about one in four awarded solar projects ultimately gets built. Our record stands apart, with 93% advancing into execution or completion. Yesterday, the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities delivered on one of Governor Mikie Sherrill's top priorities, approving a 3-gigawatt expansion of the state’s Community Solar Energy Program. The decision will accelerate the program’s growth and expand participation for residents and businesses across New Jersey. At Solar Landscape, we’re excited about the opportunity to put more rooftops to work delivering meaningful savings to communities across the state.
