Our very own Ryan Wall, P.E. LEED AP had a great chat with Cameron Page, who's been a long time friend and huge supporter of Ryan’s career and personal life. This was Ryan’s first time doing a pod cast and he had fun with it. Take a minute to listen!
We’re launching a podcast. (We know… everyone has a podcast.) It’s called Behind the Build. The reason is simple: some of the most valuable conversations in construction don’t happen publicly. They happen on job sites, in trailers, or in the moments where people are being honest about what it really takes to build something. We wanted to bring more of those conversations out into the open. Behind the Build is about the real journeys of how people get started, how they take risks, how they lead and grow companies, and how they think about what comes next from the Trades, the GCs, the Owners, and construction tech leaders and operators. We’re kicking things off with Episode 1 featuring Ryan Wall, P.E. LEED AP, CEO of Silicon Valley Mechanical (SVM) and a longtime friend of our CEO, Cameron Page. In this episode, they cover: ✅ Ryan’s path into construction ✅ the transition into ownership ✅ what it actually takes to scale a company ✅ and how he’s thinking about the future of the industry Yes, that journey includes buying and growing a company from $20M to $600M. But more importantly, it’s the story behind how that happened. If you have ever thought about entrepreneurship in construction, this episode is for you. Episode 1 is live.
