Driver monitoring is becoming standard—but the “simple” question is tough: how do you hide the IR camera and LEDs without hurting what they need to see? This case study shows how Serigraph built a lens that keeps the tech out of sight while still letting the IR system capture the driver’s face/eye movement reliably—even in challenging light. Full case study below. #Automotive #ADAS #DriverMonitoringSystem #Infrared #VehicleSafety #Serigraph

LEDs are more efficient than halogen. They're also why your plow lights, ADAS cameras, and sensors can ice over and fail. LEDs generate almost no heat. That's great for energy consumption. It's a real problem when you're pushing snow at 5 am in January, and your lights go dark. Serigraph solved it for BOSS SNOWPLOW by embedding a printed heating element directly into the lens. No bulk. No added assembly. Clears ice within 5 minutes of startup. The same technology applies to automotive headlights, ADAS sensors, drone optics, and industrial cameras. If it's a lens and it's outside, this is worth a conversation. Case study below. #BringingTheHeat #HeatedLenses #Serigraph #LikeABoss

Last weekend, our team had the privilege of being part of something special — the return of the IDSA Southern District Design Conference in Atlanta. 🎉 After nearly a decade, the District Conference made its long-awaited comeback, and we were proud to be there for it. Seth T. and Joshua Hanson set up a booth, connected with incredibly talented students and recent graduates, and had honest, energizing conversations about the future of Industrial Design. Events like this are a reminder of why community matters in our industry and just how much talent is coming through ID programs across the Southern District. Beyond the booth, it was great to be part of an event that brought students face to face with professionals, celebrated outstanding student work through the Student Merit Awards, and opened real doors to careers in ID. We came to meet people. We left inspired. #IndustrialDesign #IDSA #DesignCommunity #IDSASouthern #DesignConference #Atlanta #ProductDesign #DesignCareers #Serigraph

Around 100 locations, the spreadsheet stops working. It held up fine at 30. Still manageable at 60. But somewhere around 100, the calls start. Wrong window cling quantity. SEG frames that don't match the size in the file. A location in California with dietary disclosure requirements that nobody flagged. A drive-thru kit shipped to a location that has two lanes when every other one has one. The data was always the problem. The spreadsheet just hid it long enough. This is exactly where ezPOP was built to step in. A system that holds accurate profile data for every location. Window counts, frame sizes, drive-thru configurations, state-specific compliance requirements. Before the first piece goes into production, not after the calls start. What's different about how we do it? We build it with you. Your locations get profiled correctly from the start, and going forward you can update them yourself or ask us to. If your brand is approaching that number, or already past it and feeling it, it's worth a conversation. #Serigraph #CampaignRollout #ChaosCoordinators #WeveGotYou

Getting the right POP to the right location at the right time sounds like a logistics problem. For most multi-location brands, it's actually a systems problem. There's a difference. The materials were shipped on time. Tracking confirmed delivery. Then the calls started. One location has three windows. Another has five. One is in an airport with no windows. One drive-thru has two lanes, the one down the street has one. When your campaign kit is built on assumptions rather than actual store profiles, the mismatch is reflected in the materials. That is not a shipping problem. Your vendor hit the dates. The problem is that nobody had accurate profile data for each location before the campaign was built. Most multi-location brands are running campaigns off a two-year-old spreadsheet or a franchise disclosure document that does not reflect what was constructed. When the campaign ships, the mismatch ships with it. The fix is not faster shipping. It is a system that knows what every location looks like before the first piece goes into production. How confident are you in the profile data driving your current POP program? #Serigraph #CampaignManagement #ChaosCoordinators

Grand opening day is NOT the time to find out your signage kit showed up at the wrong address. We've seen it happen. The problem is rarely production. It's the last mile. Wrong suite number. Delivered to the general contractor instead of the site manager. Sitting on a loading dock, nobody thought to check. By the time someone calls, the doors open in four hours. The fix is not luck. We include a confirmed delivery protocol in every grand opening kit we ship. Signage, carpet, all of it. Every location. Confirmed before day one, not the morning of. Are you getting a confirmed arrival, or just a tracking number?

Walk into any of their 150 locations and the signage looks the same. Aisle violators, shelf channel strips, bunker dividers, window clings, promotional graphics. Consistent from store one to store one-fifty. That does not happen by accident. Grocery chains face a problem that rarely gets talked about at the brand level. A program that looks sharp in the flagship store falls apart by location twenty. Different vendors, different print quality, different substrates. The brand shows up differently depending on which store a shopper walks into. Serigraph produces signage programs for grocery chains where consistency across every location is not optional. *One production source. *One quality standard. *Same result in every store. Brand consistency at the store level is not a design problem. It is a production and fulfillment problem. Serigraph solves it. #GroceryRetail #RetailMarketing #ShopperMarketing #InStoreMarketing #RetailExecution #Consistency #Serigraph

Walk your bunker aisles right now. Count how many dividers are carrying an actual brand message. I'll wait... Most are blank. A few have a stock color. Maybe one has something that looks like it was designed before smartphones existed. Meanwhile, the shopper standing at that bunker isn't browsing. They stopped. They're deciding. That's the moment every brand manager says they want, and most grocery chains are giving it away for free. A well-executed bunker divider program carries brand, reinforces the endcap message, and works the aisle your field team can't stand in all day. It doesn't require a massive budget. It requires someone to stop treating dividers like infrastructure and start treating them like selling surfaces. Most don't. Which is the opportunity. When did you last take a hard look at what your dividers are doing for your brand? #GroceryRetail #RetailMarketing #ShopperMarketing #InStoreMarketing #RetailExecution
