Schiffer Publishing is hiring a Customer Care Representative to join our team at the Book Farm in Atglen, PA. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, authors, and trade partners. Day to day, you will manage inbound calls and emails, process orders, coordinate with internal teams, and keep our records accurate. The right person is organized, warm on the phone, sharp in writing, and cares about getting the details right. Schiffer Publishing is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Atglen, PA. This role is a key part of our day-to-day operations, supporting customers, authors, and internal teams through order processing, communication, and coordination across departments. It’s a hands-on position for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of work with accuracy and consistency. You’ll be working across customer service, inventory, and order management—handling everything from inbound inquiries and order processing to maintaining records and supporting product data and systems. The right person is steady, responsive, and takes pride in getting the details right.
