Community officials broke ground on South Bend International Airport (SBN) UpFront, a nearly $20M project that will positively impact the passenger experience at the airport, focusing on passenger safety, improving traffic flow on the front drive, and increasing efficiency as historic levels of passenger growth continue to take place. Improvements include a commercial lane, raised crosswalks and new canopies for shelter.
