Rycon delivered a 7,100 sf interior fit-out for Shaw Contract’s new showroom and office space in the Star Metals Office Building in Atlanta, GA.   Situated on the fourth floor of the occupied mid-rise, the project included selective demolition and the installation of new finishes, partitions, casework, and MEP systems to convert a white box into a functional showroom setting. Rycon completed a 4,500 sf addition and 6,000 sf renovation at Normandy High School in Parma, OH to support the school’s Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs.   The addition expands the carpentry and auto tech labs with new space for a tool crib, paint booth, mix lab, and air compressor area. The structure features structural steel, masonry, metal panels, and stone panels. A renovated second‑level office at 3 Crossings The Stacks was completed for Oxford Development Company in Pittsburgh, PA.   The project included new partitions, finishes, ceilings, structural framing, a new stairway, and upgrades to MEP systems, fire alarm, and fire suppression. Rycon completed the renovation of Chesterfield County LaPrade Library in North Chesterfield, VA, enhancing functionality, accessibility, and community amenities. Upgrades feature expanded meeting rooms, a relocated entrance for improved flow, enhanced technology, increased natural light, and new makerspace and outdoor learning areas.
