The Next Gen Community Builders first cohort of high school scholars were so impressive last night during their site visit to SouthState Bank! Students used the lessons they've learned from Project Destined about real estate development, affordable housing, and professionalism to prepare their resumes and tell their stories. They learned about all facets of the corporate banking business, asked meaningful questions, and practiced their interviewing skills with SouthState Bank. After participating in a friendly competition, one team of five earned an extra $1,000 split between their teammates. This program prepares the next generation of leaders by allowing them to see where they fit into this industry and empower high school students to shape, build, and own within their own communities. Huge gratitude goes out to Project Destined and the Daniels Fund for bringing this opportunity to life so that students across the Denver Metro Area can network, learn, and seek opportunities for their future. We were so honored to partner with SouthState Bank who set the bar very high for our site visit experience. Thank you to Community Development Officer of Colorado Kimberly Trauner for coordinating and giving us a wonderful presentation, to the Director of Community Engagement Mellissa Slover-Athey for joining and volunteer, and all of the amazing SouthState volunteers from across the bank who participated. #StrongerTogether #BuildingTheFutureOfDevelopment

Do you know someone who would be a good fit for Property Management at RMC? Director of Operations Sharifa Lawson put it best: we're looking for leaders with accountability and heart ❤️ #AffordableHousing #CareerOpportunities

We are proud to have sent Bessana Kendig and Ashleigh Winans to represent Rocky Mountain Communities at this year's Women's Affordable Housing Network (WAHN) National Summit 2026! #StrongerTogether #WAHNSummit2026
Missing the San Diego humidity and all the gorgeous flowers! Here’s a few images from the Women's Affordable Housing Network (WAHN) conference last week #WAHNSummit2026 Magic quoted moments for me: “Not in competition but in collaboration” “Everyone belongs in every level of leadership” “Leadership is shared and not held” “Make room for others to step into their power” “Vulnerability is the currency of trust” “Clarity is kindness” “Learn to say this is what I need to succeed” “Allyship isn’t a buzzword but a behavior” #AffordableHousing

We are grateful for our supportive community coming together for our residents! #ResidentServices #PantryFoodDrive
We recently teamed up with our friends Rocky Mountain Communities for our very first food drive, and the experience was a powerful reminder that we are stronger together 🫶 We’re already planning our next way to give back, but we can’t do it alone. We need your hands, your hearts, and your energy. Want to be part of our next drive? Comment "I'm in!" below or send us a DM, and we’ll make sure you’re the first to know when our next collection kicks off. Let’s see how much of a difference we can make together! Rocky Mountain Communities was proud to volunteer amongst community members to prep our Garden Court beds for planting this morning! 🪴 A huge thank you to our finance team for coming out and serving our residents, the resident services team for coordinating and helping, and the community volunteers more than willing to get their hands dirty. Weeding is no joke. It was a wonderful day to work as a team, turn the soil, and celebrate new beginnings together. Residents will get to choose their freshly weeded and cleared plots on Monday. We cannot wait to see all that grows and thrives in and outside of our gardens. #AffordableHousing #StrongerTogether #CommunityGarden
