As Staff Appreciation Week comes to a close at Renewal, our hearts are full of gratitude for the incredible team that makes our mission possible every single day. This week, we proudly recognized our dedicated corrections and nursing professionals whose compassion, strength, and commitment make a difference in countless lives every day. The work is not always easy, but the impact is immeasurable, bringing hope, support, and second chances to the individuals we serve. Throughout the week, staff came together to laugh, connect, and celebrate one another over a delicious lunch from the #BurghBites food truck. Our talented chefs baked and bagged more than 200 large chocolate chip cookies (a staff favorite), which were hand-delivered by members of leadership and our Employee Recognition Committee as a small thank you for the big impact our staff makes each day. We ended the week united in our favorite Renewal t-shirts proudly displaying the message, “Rebuilding Lives, Restoring Futures” — a reminder of the purpose that brings us all together. To our dedicated team: thank you for your compassion, resilience, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to the work we do. Renewal is stronger because of each of you. #StrongerTogether
