Today, we came together around the flagpole in honor of the National Day of Prayer. 🇺🇸 As one team, we paused to pray over our team, partners, customers, families, leadership, and our country. We are grateful for the opportunity to stand united in faith, lift one another up, and reflect on the blessings and purpose that guide us each day.

We are honored to be recognized with the 2025 Risk Achievement of the Year (RAY) Award - Honorable Mention. At Regal Boats, prioritizing the health, safety, and well-being of our team is more than an initiative - it's part of our culture. This recognition reflects the everyday commitment of our employees to look out for one another, uphold high standards, and create a workplace grounded in care and accountability. As part of this recognition, we were also awarded $1,000, which will be directed back into initiatives that support the health and well-being of our employees. It's a reminder that strong outcomes are driven by strong teams. We are grateful for this recognition and proud of the people who make it possible every day.

Throughout April, we were reminded that Regal’s strength is rooted in our team - how we support one another, celebrate together, and create meaningful connections across our organization. We celebrated our tenured team members, recognizing their dedication and impact over the years, and said farewell to those moving on to new chapters - including a well-earned retirement. We also connected with our new hires to gather feedback and better understand their experiences. We continued to highlight team members through shout-outs and celebrated our Referral Raffle winner, recognizing the pride our team takes in being part of Regal and inviting others to join. We also hosted a Lunch & Learn with the Orange County Financial Empowerment Center, providing our team with valuable tools and resources to better navigate their finances and plan for the future. We were glad to welcome guests from First Orlando Baptist Church this month and appreciate them taking the time to visit and learn more about Regal. Opportunities like this allow us to share our story and connect with the community around us. These moments throughout April reflect what it means to be team-focused at Regal: supporting one another, recognizing contributions, and building a culture where people feel valued and connected. As we move forward, we remain committed to investing in our team and strengthening the connections that make Regal more than a workplace - but a community.
