Congratulations to Becky Englehardt, Sr. Director, and Angela Stanton, Sr. Documentation Specialist, for earning the Quarterly Value Award. Today, a definitive agreement was announced between Quorum Health and QKA Health Corporation, d/b/a Healthside Partners that will enable our organization to transition from a for-profit, private equity-backed model to a nonprofit health system. This past week, we had the honor of celebrating a transition within the Mesa View Regional family in Mesquite, Nevada. We bid farewell to a true servant leader as we welcomed our incoming CEO. The celebration gathered together, as both leaders shared inspiring words, joined by local government officials and some community members. We are grateful for the legacy left behind and excited for the road ahead. Welcome Matt Lutz to the Mesa View Regional Hospital family in Mesquite, NV as the new Chief Executive Officer. Matt brings a proven record in hospital leadership and a passion for community health. Most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer at HCA Florida Largo West Hospital. Congratulations to retiring CEO Kelly Adams as he begins an inspiring new chapter—serving two years in Australia missionary work. Wishing him continued purpose and fulfillment in this meaningful journey.
