This is a critical leadership role and we are specifically looking for candidates with: ✅Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) experience. ✅ Prior managerial/ leadership experience within a CHHA. ✅ Strong understanding of CHHA regulations, compliance, operations, and clinical oversight ✅ Proven ability to lead clinical teams and support quality patient care. Please note: LHCSA-only experience is NOT sufficient for this role. **CHHA experience is essential due to the complexity and regulatory requirements of the position.
