    Today is the day. This morning, I speak at the Global Empowerment & Inclusion Summit at the United Nations in Geneva. And in the most beautiful timing, I am also here preparing to watch my daughter, Caden, graduate from Leysin — a school that has created such a meaningful culture of inclusion, community, and growth, with students from more than 51 countries learning together. I keep thinking about the next generation. What we model matters. What we teach matters. The spaces we create for people to belong, grow, lead, and become who they were created to be — those things matter deeply. Today feels like a reminder that impact is never just about one moment or one stage. It is about the people we serve. The lives we encourage. The leaders we help shape. And the next generation we are called to pour into. Feeling very grateful today.

    Almost time for my talk in Geneva. And honestly… I’m pausing long enough to truly appreciate this opportunity. A few years ago, this would have felt impossible to me. Not because I wasn’t capable. But because limiting beliefs have a way of quietly convincing us to play smaller than we’re meant to. That’s why this moment feels so meaningful. Not just because I get to speak at the Global Empowerment & Inclusion Summit at the Palais des Nations… …but because I get to live the very message I teach.
