    Leadership today isn’t about reacting—it’s about responding with discipline, consistency, and focus. At Staffing Industry Analysts Executive Forum North America in Austin this week, I was reminded that value creation doesn’t come from big moments alone—it’s built through consistent execution and small actions compounded over time. I also had the opportunity to facilitate a roundtable discussion where the themes of adaptability, AI adoption, and leading through complexity came through loud and clear. We’re still a people business, but the environment is evolving. Managing polarization, navigating hybrid work, and embracing AI requires more than exposure—you have to adopt. And the best outcomes happen when you bring more stakeholders into the conversation. One idea that stayed with me: heroes don’t scale, processes do. So we keep moving. We keep cycling. Because leadership isn’t slowing down and neither can we.
