Caring for pets shows up in a lot of ways, both big and small. Last year, that meant 15.8M appointments, 7.25M vet visits, and helping 417K+ pets find homes. It also meant investing in our people so they can show up for pets and pet parents every day. This includes 1.2M hours of training with 200% more hands-on learning for new associates.
