Sensor to shooter organic fire support is critical for compressing decision timelines and enabling faster, more effective engagements. At the second annual UK Dstl 9 Mile event, PDW’s C100 executed six APKWS 70mm rocket engagements, demonstrating precision laser designation, multi-target capability, and effectiveness across both day and night operations. This effort reflects the strong relationship between PDW and Edgar Brothers working in close alignment to expand access to PDW capabilities across the UK.

DF01 is where capability and scale meet to deliver maximum impact for the warfighter. PDW was recently awarded a $15.2M US Army contract for C100 systems in support of the sUAS Product Office. This award builds on multiple contracts in recent years supporting the Army's Transformation Initiative and MRR program. Production for this critical contract, among others, is underway now at our Huntsville, Alabama factory. Read more at the link below.

Autonomy without scale doesn’t change the battlefield. Scale without autonomy doesn’t change outcomes. Warfighters need both. Booz Allen Hamilton's investment in PDW brings together advanced autonomy with U.S.-based production at meaningful scale, aligned to the United States Department of War's push for affordable, mission-ready systems. PDW was built to close the gap between what modern conflict demands and what can actually be delivered when and where it’s needed. This partnership accelerates that work. We’re proud to be building the capability and capacity to put the U.S. and its allies in a position of strength. Read more in the ExecutiveBiz article below.

Engineering a new era of American drone dominance.
The FY 2027 budget request for defense spending underscores a critical commitment to rebuilding a domestic manufacturing base and modernizing our force. We see this request as validation that mission success now depends on a faster, more integrated defense industrial base. The opportunity ahead is to turn this funding into real capability by accelerating modernization across the industry.

PDW recently demonstrated the C100 in Arctic conditions with the UK Royal Marines. Lightweight, man-packable systems that deploy ISR, targeting, and effects organically are critical in High North environments. Operating in sub-freezing temperatures, high wind, and limited light, the C100 demonstrated cold-weather performance and rapid deployment.
