It’s #WomensHistoryMonth, and we recently had the honor of hosting Cassandra LeClair, Ph.D., introduced to us by our own team member Chase Tarnopol, a prior student of hers at Texas State University. Dr. LeClair has Ph.D in Communications Studies and is now a Corporate Trainer. She led a company-wide discussion on effective communication, the power of empathy and humility, giving credit where credit is due, and the importance of inviting other voices into the conversation. Thank you to Dr. LeClair and all who participated. We can’t wait for the next one!
