Langford Estates is a 4-story, 40-Unit Senior Housing Complex set in the Reynolds Farm development in North Kingstown, RI. Completed about 5 years ago for Valley Affordable Housing, this project posed numerous hurdles that Pariseault overcame including 2 months of drilling and blasting ledge to prepare the site for the new building.

We are nearing completion of the ground up construction of a new wood framed Education building structure with all new systems, finishes and site development while working in and around an active zoo. This innovative facility will provide engaging and informative experiences for all ages, fostering a lifelong appreciation for wildlife and the environment.

Progress continues at Crossroads Rhode Island in Providence, where a new five-story, 35-unit residential building is beginning to take shape. Stair and elevator cores are complete, and first-floor framing is nearing completion — with the structure now rising from the ground as the project advances into the next phase of construction. This first-of-its-kind permanent supportive housing development will serve medically vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness, with on-site amenities including common areas, laundry facilities, a healing garden, and dedicated space for health and mental health providers. KCM Group is serving as Owner’s Representative, supporting Crossroads’ mission while working alongside KITE Architects and Pariseault Builders Inc. to advance the project with careful coordination in an active environment. The project is being overseen by Manny B. Ferreira, RA and Project Manager Max Michel.
