  • Jon Davidi and Tyler Paboojian secured a $13,375,000 settlement on behalf of a 36-year-old man who suffered serious orthopedic injuries after being struck by a construction truck while crossing the street in Eureka, California. The case presented significant challenges. Liability was disputed, including whether Plaintiff had the walk signal at the time of the collision. Defendants also contested the nature and extent of Plaintiff's injuries, arguing that his admitted fentanyl use within an hour of impact undermined his damages and recovery. Despite these defenses, PSR pressed the case and proved the full scope of Plaintiff's harm, ultimately resolving the case for $13,375,000, which TopVerdict.com reports as the 7th highest motor vehicle settlement in California for 2025.
