Today, we’re spotlighting Wajiha Arshad, Customer Enablement Manager. We asked a few questions to get to know them better: What do you do and what does a typical day look like? I work as a CEM (Customer Enablement Manager), where my primary focus is to ensure customers are set up for success with us from the beginning. My typical day starts with reviewing customer inquiries, priorities, and ongoing projects. A good portion of a time is spent onboarding new customers. I also meet with existing customers to make sure their issues; concern is addressed and align on goals to make sure everything is smooth. What stands out most about working here? What stands out most about working at OnTrac is the strong sense of family and belonging across the organization. I’ve had the opportunity to work in a few different departments, and no matter where I’ve been, I’ve always felt at home. Each transition felt less like starting over and more like joining another supportive team that genuinely wants you to succeed. That consistency in culture and collaboration is something truly special and makes OnTrac a great place to grow. Outside of work, what keeps you busy? Outside of work, my family, especially my kids, keeps me busy. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending quality time with them. I truly look forward to my days off as an opportunity to slow down, enjoy family time, and connect with friends. Those moments help me recharge and stay balanced. If you could share one piece of advice, what would it be? Always keep moving and never be afraid to try new things, whether at work or in life.
