We are so proud of our very own Sandy Guzman for her article in the New York Times. Sandy works in Connected Care for Older Adults, supporting seniors as they navigate health care and everyday needs. Her work focuses on helping older adults stay connected to the care and resources they need to stay healthy and independent. Her article highlights something we see every day: healthcare can be hard to navigate alone. Many older adults need extra support to understand their options, get to appointments, and connect with services like insurance, food, housing, and transportation help.
