The Offshore Operators Committee (OOC) is a non-profit organization comprised of members engaged in all forms of Offshore Energy in the Gulf of Mexico, Pacific and Atlantic Ocean. Our Members are any person, firm, or corporation owning offshore leases and our Associate Members are any person, firm, or corporation engaged in offshore activity as a drilling contractor, service company, supplier or any other capacity that desires to participate in the work of the OOC.
