Today, we have another amazing Employee Spotlight to share! Devon Snider was nominated by Kevin Yauney for his work on the app developments going on at OEG. Kevin says: "I know working through all the app iterations—especially during the migration—hasn’t been easy, but [Devon has] stayed steady, approachable, and easy to work with from the field side. That goes a long way out here. What I appreciate most is that he listens and collaborates. He understands that the ideas I’m bringing are aimed at driving efficiency and improving real workflow—not just adding noise. That alignment and back-and-forth make a difference. It builds trust with the field and keeps us engaged in driving better processes. He’s clearly working to build something that creates real efficiencies, not just another tool, and that’s not always the norm. I know a lot of this work doesn’t show immediate results, but the effort and mindset behind it are clear and appreciated on our end." Thank you Devon for the hard work you put into our processes, and thank you Kevin for shining a light on his excellent work! #OEGPowerOn #EmployeeSpotlight

Congratulations to our project manager Josh Currie on winning the Everus Community Spirit Award! This award recognizes employees who go above and beyond in their communities, and Josh truly embodies that spirit. Josh is passionate about educating middle school and high school students on career paths in the electrical trade and other crafts, promoting trades as a strong alternative to a traditional university path. He supports a wide range of educational outreach efforts connecting students and educators with technical and trade school opportunities, including middle schools, high schools, and community college programs. He is also a strong supporter of Cascadia Tech’s new Electrical Program, working closely with its students and staff. Well deserved recognition for an incredible impact in our community. We are lucky to have Josh as part of the OEG family. #OEGPowerOn #EverusCommunitySpiritAward

The wait is over! The Hillsboro Hops have officially kicked off their 2026 home season on Tuesday, April 7, celebrating the grand opening of their stunning new stadium, a $150+ million masterpiece! With a sprawling 9,000-square-foot club level, a breathtaking 360-degree concourse, and tantalizing food and beverage options, this venue sets a new standard for Minor League Baseball. Hosting a whopping 132 games in 2026 as the proud affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks, this stadium is poised for an unforgettable season! A special shoutout to Damon Nordahl, the OEG Superintendent, who had the honor of throwing the first pitch at one of the inaugural games. His passion and dedication shine through every project he tackles! The P.A. announcement perfectly captures his spirit: "Tonight's other first pitch belongs to Damon, an electrical superintendent for OEG who goes above and beyond on every job—a true go-getter with a passion for the trades and is always willing to be a team player and lend a hand to anyone. He lit up every project he touched, and if those lights seem bright tonight, that's probably his work, which is exactly why he never went anywhere without his signature Pit Vipers on the project. Please welcome Damon to the mound!" We couldn’t agree more! Huge congratulations to Damon and the entire project team for bringing this exceptional venue to life in Hillsboro. Here’s to an amazing season ahead! #OEGPowerOn #AllHoppedUp
