🤝 DEP Police recently joined forces with New York City Department of Sanitation Police to seize a vehicle illegally dumping portable restroom waste 😱💩 into a catch basin near a highway & to issue the business a summons. The message is clear – DON'T TRASH OUR CITY. Keep our streets & waterways clean! #NYCWater
