We are excited to announce that we have entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by @PublicStorage in an all-stock transaction valued at an enterprise value of approximately $10.5 billion. This is an exciting step forward for NSA and our family of brands, and will create a strong and efficient self-storage leader.    Through this transaction, we will deliver a meaningful premium to NSA investors, and the all-stock consideration will allow our shareholders and OP unitholders to participate in the significant value we expect this combination to unlock.
