Community building is at the core of everything we do at NOVA and Pickle Palooza was a perfect reminder of why. Last week, we brought together our team, referral partners, and local businesses for an afternoon of pickleball, great food, and genuine connection. Every rally on the court also supported ALL IN Youth Pickleball, investing in the next generation of players and community members right here in Arizona. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the loan lifecycle—supporting our Loan Officers by ensuring files are complete, compliant, and moving efficiently through the pipeline.
