  • Bold flavors meet bold heroes. We’re proud to announce our collaboration with Netflix’s most popular film of all time, KPop Demon Hunters! For decades, our products have brought people together around the table; now we’re showing up where culture lives: on screen. Even our on-screen heroes can’t resist a bowl of Nongshim ramyun! K‑culture isn’t just a trend—it’s a global movement powered by creativity, discipline, and connection. That spirit mirrors how we approach our food: crafted with care, designed to spark joy, and made to be shared. Together with Netflix, we explore KPop Demon Hunters from a new perspective: and it’s a delicious one. For our team, it’s a milestone made possible by cross‑functional collaboration and a shared belief that great culture and great food transcend boundaries. This is just the beginning. Together we’ll build experiences that bring people together— on the screen and at the table. Thank you to our partners at Netflix and to everyone bringing this to life. Follow along as we roll out what’s next. P.S. The “honmoon” is stronger than ever with this collaboration!

  • We’re excited to share that Nongshim USA was recently featured on the Andrew, Steven, and Adam YouTube channel, created by the original hosts of the Worth It web series — a popular food channel dedicated to discovering the most delicious eats. With our very own Shin Ramyun and Shin Ramyun Toomba stealing the scene in their ramen episode! Not only did they spotlight Shin Ramyun’s signature spicy heat, but they also highlighted how Nongshim continues to evolve and stay globally relevant with new releases like Shin Ramyun Toomba, blending bold tradition with modern food culture and trends. We’re especially proud that their video included a visit to our Rancho Cucamonga plant, where Shin Ramyun is proudly produced for our U.S. market. This is a special recognition of the hard work and dedication of our entire Nongshim America team. From being a timeless comfort food to inspiring new culinary trends, Shin Ramyun continues to connect with people around the world — and moments like this remind us why we’re so passionate about what we do. 🍜 Check out the full video: https://lnkd.in/gu85t6tw

  • From learning to leading, the final challenge put everything to the test. To wrap up our training journey, employees teamed up for the ultimate Nongshim-style cook-off: the Ramyun Innovation Challenge.💡🍜 Given only a limited set of ingredients, each team was allowed to choose two Nongshim ramen packs and just a handful of add-ins. Their mission? To invent an entirely new ramyun concept, complete with flavor reasoning, product naming, pricing strategy, and a full marketing plan.📈💲💭 This wasn’t just about taste. Teams had to think like brand builders. Each group presented their ideas to a panel of over 30 members from our management team, turning their kitchen creations into product pitches. From creative flavor combinations to clever positioning ideas, the energy was high and the competition was delicious. At Nongshim, we don’t just teach how things are made — we empower our people to imagine what’s next.🚀

  • As part of our ongoing training journey, our team traded ramyun for wine and headed to a local winery. Why a winery?🍷 Because learning how things are made across different industries helps us think more creatively, collaborate more effectively, and approach our own work with fresh perspective. From fermentation tanks to oak barrels, our team explored the meticulous process behind wine-making and discovered the parallels to our own production values at Nongshim. But the experience didn’t stop there. In a spirited team-building session, employees were challenged to craft their own wine-inspired cocktail! It was a full-circle moment combining creativity, teamwork, and a dash of fun — all rooted in the spirit of innovation. And just when they thought things couldn't get any more hands-on, it was time to bring the focus back to noodles — with a twist.

  • From steam to spice, welcome to the heart of Nongshim! Our newest team members from across our branches— including Chicago, Dallas, and Toronto— came together at our California headquarters to kick off their training journey with an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of our production facility. From watching noodles being crafted to tasting them fresh off the line, our employees experienced firsthand how our beloved ramyun comes to life— every step infused with craftsmanship, passion, and a whole lot of flavor. This hands-on learning is just one of the many ways we help our team understand the care behind every bowl we serve. Beyond production, this training also created a unique opportunity to connect across locations. Team members learned about operations at other branches, shared insights, and built meaningful relationships that will strengthen collaboration across the organization. Stay tuned— the training adventure isn’t over yet. Next stop: wine country🍷

  • It was a Shin-sational Night at LA Galaxy!⚽🏆 Nongshim took over the stadium as the official noodle sponsor for our very first Nongshim Night — and it was a spicy success! From our President stepping onto the field for the honorary coin toss and meeting the LA Galaxy team, to fans lining up for exclusive gear and a photo with our Melon Kick and Banana Kick mascots🍈🍌 — we were overwhelmed by the warmth and excitement from the community. The night ended on the perfect note with an LA Galaxy win, and our hearts were full seeing fans come together over bold flavors and bold plays. To everyone who stopped by for a tattoo, snapped a pic, or just enjoyed a cup of ramyun with us — thank you. We’re honored to be part of a team and fanbase that celebrates passion, flavor, and fun. Until the next game — don’t forget your Shin! #NongshimUSA #NongshimNight #LAGalaxy #SportsSponsorship #LAEvents #SoccerNight
