Yesterday’s session at NSM was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do. Hearing Harsh speak on the evolution of Digital Health provided both the inspiration and the strategic clarity needed as we look toward the future. The discussion centered on more than just "new tech"—it was about how we leverage digital tools to create a more connected, responsive healthcare experience. #NKAllDay

  • Wrapping up Nurses Appreciation Week, we’re proud to celebrate the incredible impact nurses make every single day—both within our company and in communities everywhere. We’d like to spotlight two of our team members, Jessica Padykula and Jessica M O'Neal, MHA, BSN, RN who began their careers in nursing. Their compassion, resilience, and dedication to helping others continue to shape the way they show up at work and support those around them. The skills they built as nurses—empathy, critical thinking, and unwavering commitment—are qualities that inspire us all. To our former nurses, thank you for bringing your unique perspective and heart into everything you do. And to all the nurses out there—today and every day—we are deeply grateful for your tireless care, strength, and service. Happy Nurses Appreciation Week! 🩺

  • “Measuring What Matters: Alarm Reduction Insights from a Real-World Implementation”, focusing on one of the most persistent challenges in U.S. clinical environments: alarm fatigue.   A special thank you to the HIMSS speakers: 🎤 Jessica Padykula, MSN 🎤 Jessa Kempton   Together, they discussed how predictive modeling technologies such as AlarmSenseTM, combined with the Digital Health Platform (DHP), can help transform alarm data into actionable insights for alarm fatigue committees.    🎥 A recording of the talk will be released soon on our YouTube channel, where you’ll be able to hear directly from our speakers and dive deeper into .

  • The 97th Pediatric Academic Societies Conference brought together the brightest minds in pediatric healthcare, and we were honored to be part of it. Our President & CEO, Harsh D. shared perspectives on AI and regulation, addressing one of the most pressing challenges facing the industry: how to responsibly harness AI to improve outcomes for children while navigating an evolving regulatory landscape. The conversations were energizing, the connections were meaningful, and we left more committed than ever to driving innovation in pediatric care. Thank you to the PAS community for an incredible conference. We look forward to continuing the conversation. #PAS2026 #PediatricCare #NihonKohden #UnitingData #RevolutionizingCare

  • At ISCE 2026, we had the opportunity to explore the rapidly evolving role of artificial intelligence in medicine, with insightful discussions highlighting both innovation and real-world application. A special recognition to Timothy Ruchti and his co-chair Ran Xiao for organizing Session 6, which brought together diverse perspectives across this important space. The session featured discussions on the use of generative AI and foundation models used in the ICU by Dr. Robert Stevens at Johns Hopkins, Timothy Ruchti's session on real-time inference from continuous physiological data: translating predictive modeling into scalable clinical action, followed by Dr. Xiao Hu’s from Emory discussing a unified AI approach for continuous monitoring of human heath disease from ICU to home and concluded with Jonathan Moody who gave insight on foundation models for ECG-based clinical diagnostic and prognostic applications. Together, these presentations underscored a Innovations in Waveform Analysis” with an emphasis on the use of waveform based Foundation Models. This shared momentum: moving beyond theoretical potential and toward scalable, clinically actionable AI solutions that can meaningfully impact patient care. We look forward to continuing these conversations and advancing innovation in digital health. #ISCE2026 #NKDHS #UnitingData #RevolutionizingCare
