  • When your business operates across 60+ locations, IT complexity compounds fast. 🫥 We get it, that's why we helped Tank Holding Corp., a $900M business spanning across the U.S., migrate 5+ tools into one platform. Easy, no more stress! 🫡 Now, patching is automated for all applications, processes are the same at every site, and IT can keep up as the business grows. • Attackers are exploiting vulnerabilities in 5 days or less; meanwhile, the average org takes 200+ days to patch!! YIKES 😳 One of our LinkedIn followers recently shared a pain point every growing MSP knows: “Speed definitely matters, especially as exposure windows get shorter… but prioritization becomes the real bottleneck. Without clarity on what to address first, faster remediation doesn’t always translate into lower risk.” What MSPs need is a place where detection, prioritization, and patching live instead of being spread across 3 different tabs. See how to solve this challenge with vulnerability prioritization at scale: https://lnkd.in/eQccymf5

  • Our team took over Franklin BBQ, one of Austin's most iconic spots, and needless to say, everyone had a delightful time. 🍗🤝 It was the kind of evening you don't want to wrap up. Everything hits different when the BBQ is this good, especially when it comes to unifying IT. Thank you to all the public sector teams for joining us!

  • Hot take: most IT teams think they have patching covered...but they're missing something. Dell Firmware Updates. Sure, you've got patching dialed in. Windows updates? Automated. Third-party apps? Covered. But Dell firmware? That's a whole different animal and most standard patch tools just weren't built to handle it. Firmware lives below the OS. That means your antivirus, your EDR, your normal patch feed all miss it. Now with the Secure Boot certificate expiration coming in June 2026, "we'll get to it eventually" isn't really a strategy anymore. Our Field CTO Jeff Hunter built a step-by-step guide on how to use NinjaOne + Dell Command Update to finally get firmware visibility across your entire Dell fleet. Learn how to get the same fleet-wide control you already have for software patches, now extended to firmware. https://lnkd.in/ezGet59p
