Nexampers volunteered at the One8 Applied Learning Hub Student Showcase in Boston today. The event brought together students in grades 4–12 to present STEM, civics, and applied learning projects to industry professionals. Volunteers had the opportunity to speak with students about their projects, ask questions, and share real-world perspectives from their own careers. Events like this are a powerful reminder that the future workforce is already thinking critically, creatively, and collaboratively about the challenges ahead. We’re proud to support opportunities that encourage curiosity, innovation, and hands-on learning for students. Thank you to One8 Applied Learning Hub for organizing such an engaging and inspiring showcase.

At Nexamp, we view workforce development opportunities as critical to building the future of clean energy. We’re proud to provide students with hands-on experience, mentorship, and pathways to explore careers in the industry.
Spent this morning watching Aitor German, a soon-to-graduate senior from Greater Lawrence Technical High School, brief rising juniors on his year-long co-op experience at Nexamp. Aitor was our first co-op, and he absolutely nailed it. Over the past year he honed his budding Information Technology skills, learned and worked alongside teammates in our Nexamp Operations Center, SCADA Engineering, and IT groups. I’m proud of Aitor’s development and leadership, especially as he shared his lessons learned and the singular opportunity ahead for the next student to follow in his footsteps — they will certainly have big shoes to fill. Please consider providing a co-op opportunity to a deserving student at a technical school in your region. Dedicating even a fraction of your team’s time can profoundly benefit these young people and help build the next generation of talent delivering a redefined, resilient and clean energy future. https://lnkd.in/edBp2nEW
