Congratulations to our Transaction of the Year – Capital Markets winner, Colliers – Hoosier Infill Portfolio, recognized at the 18th Annual NAIOP Real Estate Awards Dinner. This award honors a standout transaction that demonstrates innovation, strategy, and meaningful impact in today’s capital markets environment. Colliers successfully facilitated the disposition of a 1.28 million square foot, 38-building light industrial portfolio spanning 13 industrial parks across the Indianapolis metro area. The portfolio was 97.5% leased to 251 tenants, reflecting strong stability and the continued demand for small-bay industrial space in a supply-constrained market. The process generated more than 100 confidentiality agreements and 11 formal offers, ultimately maximizing value for the client through a highly competitive and well-executed marketing effort. Congratulations to the Colliers team on this outstanding achievement.

At the 18th Annual NAIOP Indiana Real Estate Awards Dinner, we were proud to recognize Patch Development as the Developer/Owner of the Year. This award honors the vision and dedication that drive meaningful development and lasting impact in our communities. In 2025, Patch completed more than 15 transactions totaling over $435 million and 1.9 million square feet. Notable projects include: ✔️ The Arena at Innovation Mile in Noblesville, where Patch serves as Master Developer of the 600-acre live-work-play district. Phase I, a $160 million project, delivered a 125,000 SF, 3,800-seat multipurpose event center on time and under budget, and will be home to the Indiana Pacers G League team, the Noblesville Boom. ✔️ Gateway at 65 South, a 614,316 SF food-grade facility leased to Sugar Foods for 20 years, supporting expanded manufacturing and a $40 million additional investment. ✔️ Gared Sports headquarters, a new 284,000 SF facility in Noblesville that will retain 125 jobs and create an additional 175 new positions with competitive wages.
