  • David Chapman, Bryce B., and Malique Dunn – three key team members who routinely elevate MyVenue’s global customer experience – have earned well-deserved promotions! For over two decades, David has led implementations at 100+ stadiums and arenas across US, Canada, Australia, NZ, Singapore, UK and Europe. Spearheading the rollout and solution architecture of 3,200+ POS devices across multiple venues in Q1 2026, his knowledge and composure in executing complex deployments is why David is such a highly regarded leader in the industry. Winning MyVenue’s Employee of the Year in 2025, Bryce is an integral member of our field service team. Having led projects across 30 venues in three countries in the past year, we can always count on his care and attention to detail to deliver flawless installations. Through strong leadership and a customer-first mindset, Malique has played a key role in building and strengthening our Venue Success function. His initiatives have improved help desk resolution effectiveness and success scores while increasing team efficiency through innovative processes and automation.   • In the midst of all the big game highlights under bright lights, it's moments like these that we live for. Thank you OEG Inc. and Free Play for Kids for helping us contribute to a community that means so much ❤️ 🏃♀️💨

    There are moments in this work that stay with you. I had one recently. MyVenue and CEO Tim Stollznow created an experience kids will never forget. Youth from our Free Play for Kids program at Ermineskin School in Maskwacîs were welcomed into the very exclusive Summit Suite at Rogers Place for an Oilers game. For most of them, it was their first time ever at a game. Every child received an Oilers jersey. All-you-can-eat dinner. Sundaes. Popcorn. A private elevator ride into a space they had never imagined being in. But what stood out most wasn’t the food or the view. I took in the whole experience with them. It was the awe. The joy. The pure, unfiltered excitement of kids fully in a moment. I spend every day working with young people—and I can honestly say I haven’t witnessed something that pure in a long time. Experiences like this matter more than we often realize. They expand what kids believe is possible. They create memories that stick. They remind them they belong in spaces like that. Grateful to find another Tim, and partners, who understand that. Thank you for making magic happen. 💙💛

  • We partnered with OEG Inc. to give 20 regional Alberta kids an Edmonton Oilers experience they’ll never forget, and it’s easily one of the biggest highlights of our year 🙌    Canadian children’s charity Free Play for Kids runs a youth care program for 8-12-year-olds, using sport to inspire, teach, and grow. Through our relationship with OEG, the kids watched an Oilers game from the stunning Summit Suite, and lapped up the themed menu complete with Shirley Temples and a sundae bar 🍧    Seeing the kids’ faces light up as they first stepped into the suite, and the unbridled joy of opening their gift packs, is something that’ll stay with us forever. What a wonderful, special moment ❤️
