Our Management Trainee Program builds the future of MHC by providing real-world experience within dealership operations. During the 7-month program, trainees gain hands-on exposure across key departments before being promoted to assistant department manager roles. Many of MHC’s leaders started in this program, including one executive vice president, five regional vice presidents, 11 branch managers and 25 parts and service department managers.
