We’ve reached the last (but certainly not the least!) day of Week of Service 🤝💙 On day five, team members across FOUR different markets set out to make a difference in their communities! The Columbia team was back in action with Senior Resources and Oliver Gospel Mission, continuing their meaningful support of both organizations. Team members also volunteered with Family Promise, lending a hand by painting exterior doors to help improve and refresh the facility for the families it serves. In Greenville, team members returned to Greenville County Animal Care, continuing their efforts to walk dogs and promote adoption. They also delivered “Staying Alive Kits,” which were assembled earlier this week, to FAVOR to support individuals in recovery. In Richmond, team members assisted Chesterfield County Parks by pitching in with trash pickup and light maintenance, helping keep local park spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for the community. In the Triad, team members spent the day delivering and assembling beds for children and families in need, helping provide safe and comfortable places to rest. 🌟 Following the Week of Service, the Greenville team will continue volunteering with the Dream Center by assisting with painting, pantry organization, and gardening. They will also support Jumpstart by helping set up a fundraiser at Topgolf. Jumpstart is an organization dedicated to discipling current and former prisoners. The Raleigh team will continue volunteering at NeighborUp’s Thrift Store and Food Pantry on Realtor Give Back Day, helping sort clothing and food items. They will also spend a day supporting greenway clean‑up efforts along the Neuse River, picking up trash.

Team members who needed to remain close to the office also assembled blankets for Homeless No More. In Greenville, team members returned to Greenville County Animal Care to continue walking dogs and promoting adoption. The team also spent additional time at the Greer Soup Kitchen, supporting operations by helping prepare and serve food and organizing the pantry. The Raleigh team returned to The Hope Center at Pullen to finish remodeling an apartment for young adults transitioning out of foster care, helping create a safe and welcoming home as they move toward independence. In Richmond, team members visited the King William Animal Shelter, where they assisted with a variety of hands-on tasks to support the shelter’s daily operations and care for the animals. 🚨 All animals shown are available for adoption! 🚨

Another great day of Week of Service! 🤝 💙 On day three, team members across EIGHT different markets set out to make a difference in their communities! In Charlotte, team members met with the Nourish Up team to learn more about their mission before helping deliver groceries directly to individuals and families in need. The Columbia team was back at work today with Senior Resources and Oliver Gospel Mission, continuing their support across both organizations. In addition to helping with Senior Resources’ Meals on Wheels program, team members gathered at the Lourie Center to assist with yard work, including cleaning flower beds and helping with projects such as painting steps. In Greenville, team members returned to Greenville County Animal Care to walk dogs and promote adoption. They also spent time at the Greer Soup Kitchen, helping prepare and serve food and organize the pantry. Ahead of the Week of Service, the Greenville team presented the Greer Soup Kitchen with a $5,000 check in support of their work. The Raleigh team partnered with The Realtor Giving Network to assemble 200 hygiene packets for unhoused women, including hand written inspirational notes in each pack. In Richmond, team members rolled up their sleeves to assist with a variety of maintenance projects around Wings of Hope Ranch. They also presented the ranch with a $3,000 check in support of its mission. In addition, the team presented Ronald McDonald House Richmond with a $2,000 check, along with donated items collected to further support the families they serve. The Savannah team spent the day repairing and cleaning up summer camp facilities at 7 Mile Farm, a 100-bed summer camp and retreat center that serves children in foster care. In the Triad, team members worked with the Forsyth Backpack Program to pack meals for food‑insecure children and deliver them to Forsyth County schools. They also partnered with Veterans Helping Veterans Heal to replace a rotted‑out ramp leading to the maintenance shed. The Wilmington team partnered with the Christian Recovery Center to help with general cleanup and landscaping around the Grant's Harbor facility, lending a hand to improve the outdoor spaces for residents.

We had a fantastic second day of Week of Service! 🤝 💙 On day two of our fifth annual Week of Service, team members across SEVEN different markets set out to make a difference in their communities! The Charleston team volunteered at Coastal Community Church, helping the clothing ministry team unload, sort, and prepare a large donation of clothing. The Columbia team was back at work today with Senior Resources, the Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission, Oliver Gospel Mission, and EmmanuWheel, continuing their support across each organization. At the Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission, team members focused on taking inventory and reorganizing CAST Theatre props. In addition, the team spent time at Final Victory, helping with cat snuggling, dog walking and bathing, crate and cage cleaning, facility cleanup, and supply organization. 🚨 All animals shown are AVAILABLE for adoption! 🚨 🌟 A special shoutout! After a last‑minute call for extra help at EmmanuWheel to build a ramp, 16 team members showed up and got the job done! In Greenville, team members returned to Greenville County Animal Care to continue walking dogs and promoting adoption. They also spent time at the Upstate Family Resource Center, where they served dinner and presented gifts to graduates of two educational programs during a graduation dinner celebration. 🚨 This pup is AVAILABLE for adoption! 🚨 The Myrtle Beach team returned to Habitat for Humanity of Horry County to lend a hand on multiple projects, supporting the construction of a home for an individual in need. The Raleigh team returned to The Hope Center at Pullen to complete the remodel and furnishing of an apartment for young adults transitioning out of foster care, helping create a safe and welcoming home as they move toward independence. In Richmond, team members visited the Richmond SPCA to present a $1,000 check and assist with a variety of tasks to support the shelter and its mission. The Triad team was back at Youth Focus, continuing their work to refresh interior spaces with painting and mural additions, helping further enhance the environment for the youth and staff who use the space each day.

Today, we officially kicked off our fifth annual Week of Service! 🤝 💙 On day one, team members across SIX different markets set out to make a difference in their communities. The Columbia team kicked off its week by working with Senior Resources, the Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission, Oliver Gospel Mission, and EmmanuWheel. At Senior Resources, team members helped pack meals for the Meals on Wheels program. At ICRC, they cleaned the Therapeutic Recreation room. At the Oliver Gospel Mission thrift store, they processed donated goods, organized inventory, stocked the sales floor, and assisted with yard beautification. With EmmanuWheel, team members built a ramp for someone’s home. In Greenville, team members partnered with Greenville County Animal Care to walk dogs and promote adoption, as well as the Upstate Family Resource Center, where they helped clean the front of the building, lay mulch, and complete additional projects. The Myrtle Beach team partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Horry County to assist with several hands-on projects, supporting the construction of a home for an individual in need. The Raleigh team partnered with The Hope Center at Pullen to help complete a remodel and furnish an apartment for young adults transitioning out of foster care, creating a safe and welcoming home as they move toward independence. In Richmond, team members rolled up their sleeves to help with a variety of maintenance projects around the ranch, contributing to the upkeep of the property and supporting its day-to-day operations. The Triad team partnered with staff at Youth Focus to refresh interior spaces by painting and adding murals, helping transform the environment into a more inviting and uplifting space. 🌟 Special Shoutout! 🌟 Ahead of our Week of Service, several teams made an impact in their communities through generous monetary and item donations. The Columbia Team proudly presented a $7,000 check to The Jaysen Carr “Be a Good Human” Foundation – Central Carolina Community Foundation Fund. This donation will support a scholarship established in memory of Jaysen Carr, a twelve‑year‑old Hand Middle School student and Dreher High School athlete who tragically passed away last summer after contracting Naegleria fowleri—often referred to as the brain‑eating amoeba—while spending time with friends and family at Lake Murray over the Fourth of July weekend. The Greenville Team made multiple contributions, presenting a $1,500 check to FAVOR Upstate, a $5,000 check to the Greer Soup Kitchen, and a $7,000 check to the Upstate Family Resource Center, supporting vital programs across the Upstate community. The Richmond Team has been collecting items to donate to the Ronald McDonald House and will continue their drive through the end of the week. Following the Week of Service, they will present the donated items along with a $2,000 check to further support families in need.
