We operate fully remotely and are looking for a sales-driven Administrative Recruiter who’s ready to own business development, build strong client relationships, and make high-quality placements. What You’ll Do: --Sales & Business Development (Primary Focus)-- Drive new client acquisition through outreach, prospecting, and virtual networking. Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into long-term clients. Conduct virtual discovery calls, pitch staffing solutions, and negotiate terms. Maintain and grow accounts through consistent communication and exceptional service. Hit weekly activity targets and revenue goals in a high-autonomy environment. --Recruiting & Talent Placement-- Source, screen, and interview administrative and professional support candidates. Manage the full recruitment cycle: interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding. Maintain accurate ATS data and deliver a seamless experience to clients and candidates. What You Bring: 3+ years of agency recruiting or staffing sales experience. Proven success in outbound business development and closing new accounts. Strong communication and relationship-building skills; polished virtual presence. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fully remote setting. Thrives in a boutique environment with autonomy and accountability.
