Sunshine on a Ranney Day (SOARD) is a nonprofit organization that creates life-changing home makeovers (dream bedrooms, accessible bathrooms, and therapy rooms) for children with special needs in the Greater Atlanta area. 👏 Mohawk has been a proud supporter of SOARD since 2013 by donating flooring for their home makeover projects! ☀️ 😎

Congratulations to the fourth graduating class of the Dalton-Whitfield Latino Leadership Institute! 🎓 The 2026 group consists of Mohawk employees and other community members selected to participate based on their passion for and commitment to their communities. They participated in sessions designed to enhance their leadership capabilities, community knowledge, influence, and strategic skillsets. This cohort was created to develop and empower future Latin American leaders and advocates for the Latin American community in Northwest Georgia. 👏 Mohawk is proud to partner with the Latin American Association and the University of Georgia's J.W. Fanning Institute of Leadership Development to facilitate this program.

Mohawk's IT Leadership team from across the business recently gathered at our Calhoun, Georgia, headquarters to participate in four impactful leadership development sessions! During these sessions, team members had the opportunity to gain deeper insights into their leadership styles through a development assessment, strengthen their leadership and communication skills, and enhance their management capabilities through guided exercises. Mohawk is proud to offer continuous training and talent development opportunities to reinvest in our people. 💪

We’re proud to share that our Hillsville, Virginia team was recently recognized with the Workplace Campaign of the Year Award from United Way of Southwest Virginia. 👏 This recognition reflects the impact our team is making through initiatives like the Stuff the Bus Campaign and the Celebrity Bagging Event. Thanks to the generosity of our team, we also doubled our employee giving to United Way over the past year. We’re grateful for our team’s involvement, including leadership serving on the United Way SWVA Board and volunteering through programs like Flourish. We look forward to continuing this work. 💙

Recently, our Mohawk team had the honor of being recognized as the Corporate Partner of the Year at the Latin American Association's 37th Annual Compañeros Luncheon. We're proud to partner with the LAA in Northwest Georgia through several annual initiatives, including the Back to School Bash, the Dalton-Whitfield Latino Youth Leadership Conference, and English classes for adults. Since 2019, this partnership has helped expand access to valuable resources and support the communities where we live and work. We're grateful for the opportunity to be part of this impact and to support the meaningful work of the Latin American Association. 👏
