We’re honored to share that Modivcare Monitoring has been awarded a $96,000 Mercy C.A.R.E.S. Community Reinvestment Grant to support a technology-enabled medication management and member engagement program in Arizona. In partnership with Mercy Care, this program will help individuals managing multiple medications improve adherence, reduce healthcare costs, and stay connected to the care they need through real-time outreach and personalized support. We’re proud to work alongside organizations like Mercy Care that are advancing health equity and helping Arizonans live healthier, more independent lives.
