Last week, the Modern CHRO Academy met in person for a focused development session with this year’s global cohort. It was an insightful few days of candid conversation, shared learning, and leadership development centered on what the CHRO role requires today and as we look ahead: enterprise-level perspective, steady judgment through complexity, and the ability to lead transformation while sustaining culture and performance.   We’re grateful to the participants and faculty who brought vision, collaboration, and vulnerability to the room. ------------------------- The Modern CHRO Academy is a nine-month program designed to prepare senior HR leaders to step into the CHRO role. Participants are nominated by their current CHROs and engage in in-person sessions, one-on-one coaching, and peer learning with a global cohort. The program blends development experiences, practical application, and future-focused content.
