المعهد القومي للاتصالات يشارك في تنظيم ملتقى "انطلاقة" تحت رعاية وزارة الاتصالات ينظم المعهد القومي للاتصالات، بالتعاون مع المعهد العالي للتكنولوجيا ببني سويف والهيئة العربية للتصنيع، فعاليات النسخة الرابعة من ملتقى "انطلاقة" يوم 21 مايو بمقر المعهد في مدينة المعرفة بالعاصمة الجديدة، تحت رعاية وزارتي الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، والتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي.   والملتقى هو مسابقة علمية تكنولوجية تجمع نخبة من الجامعات والمعاهد والأكاديميات، وتهدف إلى تمكين الشباب من تحويل أفكارهم إلى مشروعات حقيقية، وتوظيف نتائج الأبحاث العلمية لإنتاج منتجات ذات قيمة مضافة تحقق أثرًا إيجابيًا على المستويين الاجتماعي والاقتصادي.    وتشجع المسابقة طلاب الجامعات الحكومية والخاصة والمعاهد العليا على تقديم حلول مبتكرة في مجالات البرمجة وشبكات الحاسب والطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة، والأمن السيبراني والميكاترونكس والذكاء الاصطناعي، مع تعزيز التعاون بين المؤسسات الأكاديمية والصناعية والحكومية لخدمة التنمية المستدامة.   ويشارك في الملتقى 19 جامعة ومعهدًا، ويعرض 105 مشروعات مبتكرة موزعة على عدة تخصصات، منها 51 مشروعًا في مجال الميكاترونكس، و39 في برمجة الشبكات، و15 في الطاقة المتجددة، وتتولى تقييمها لجنة تحكيم من الأساتذة والخبراء والمتخصصين.   ومنذ انطلاق نسختها الأولى، شكّلت مسابقة "انطلاقة" منصة حقيقية لاكتشاف العقول المبدعة وتحويل الأفكار إلى مشروعات تخرج وابتكارات قادرة على المنافسة في سوق العمل. وشهدت النسخ الثلاث الأولى تجارب عملية متميزة عززت ارتباط الشباب بعلوم البرمجيات والذكاء الاصطناعي وهندسة الاتصالات والطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة، والتكنولوجيا المتقدمة.   وجدير بالذكر أن المعهد القومي للاتصالات هو كيان وطني رائد وأحد الأذرع التدريبية لوزارة الاتصالات. ويُعد المعهد، منذ تأسيسه منذ أكثر من 42 عامًا، مركز تميز في مجالات التدريب والبحث والتطوير والاستشارات في تخصصات الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، ويقدم دورات تدريبية متقدمة وبرامج الدراسات العليا المعتمدة وشهادات دولية متخصصة للطلاب والخريجين والمهنيين في مختلف محافظات الجمهورية. https://lnkd.in/dKQhZaHf #الذكاء_الاصطناعي #الأمن_السيبراني #التحول_الرقمي

NTI Hosts Intilaka 4 under Auspices of MCIT The National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) is hosting the fourth edition of Intilaka on May 21 at its premises in Knowledge City, the New Capital. The event is organized in collaboration with the Higher Technological Institute in Beni Suef and the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI), under the auspices of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.   Intilaka is a scientific and technological competition that brings together universities, institutes, and academies, with the aim of empowering youth to transform their ideas into real-world projects and leveraging scientific research outcomes to develop value-added products with positive social and economic impact.   The competition encourages students from national and private universities, as well as higher institutes, to develop innovative solutions in several areas, including software development, computer networks, new and renewable energy, cybersecurity, mechatronics technology, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). It also seeks to boost collaboration among academia, industry, and government institutions to address societal needs and contribute to sustainable development.   Joined by 19 universities and institutes, the event features 105 innovative projects across various fields, including 51 in mechatronics, 39 in networking software, and 15 in renewable energy. Projects are evaluated by a judging panel comprising professors, experts, and specialists.   Since its launch, Intilaka has served as a dynamic platform for discovering creative talent and transforming ideas into graduation projects and market-ready innovations. The first three editions featured distinguished practical experiences that strengthened young people’s engagement with software sciences, AI, telecom engineering, new and renewable energy, and advanced technologies.   NTI is a leading national entity and one of MCIT’s training arms. مصر تشارك في اجتماع لجنة السياسات الرقمية لمنظمة التعاون والتنمية في الميدان الاقتصادي شاركت مصر، ممثَلةً في وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، في الدورة التاسعة والتسعين لاجتماع لجنة السياسات الرقمية التابعة لمنظمة التعاون والتنمية في الميدان الاقتصادي، التي انعقدت يومَي 19 و20 مايو بالمقر الرئيسي للمنظمة في باريس، فرنسا.   وتناول الاجتماع عددًا من ملفات السياسات الرقمية، في مقدمتها الاستراتيجيات الوطنية للتحول الرقمي، وحوكمة الذكاء الاصطناعي وآليات تطبيق مبادئ المنظمة في هذا الشأن، فضلًا عن تدفق البيانات وحماية الخصوصية، وسلامة الأطفال في الفضاء الرقمي، وقياس مؤشرات التحول الرقمي، والبنية التحتية للاتصالات والأمن السيبراني والتقنيات الناشئة مثل الحوسبة الكمومية. كما ناقش الحضور آخر مستجدات مرصد المنظمة للذكاء الاصطناعي والشراكة العالمية للذكاء الاصطناعي، إلى جانب تقرير آفاق الاقتصاد الرقمي والمجتمع لعام 2026.   وتجدُر الإشارة إلى أن مصر تعزز حضورها في منظومة العمل الرقمي للمنظمة عامًا بعد عام، في إطار الحرص على مواءمة مسيرتها للتحول الرقمي مع أفضل الممارسات والمعايير الدولية. وتشارك مصر، من خلال وزارة الاتصالات، في مبادرات عديدة تقودها المنظمة في مجالات تعزيز أطر حوكمة البيانات، وسد الفجوة الرقمية، ووضع السياسات التنظيمية للذكاء الاصطناعي على الصعيد العالمي. وتعكس هذه الجهود دور مصر الفاعل في رسم ملامح الاقتصاد الرقمي الدولي. https://lnkd.in/dW6Ec4Be #التحول_الرقمي #الذكاء_الاصطناعي

Egypt Participates in OECD Digital Policy Committee Session Egypt, represented by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), participated in the 99th session of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Digital Policy Committee, held on May 19–20 at OECD headquarters in Paris, France.    The session covered a broad range of digital policy topics, including national digital strategies, artificial intelligence governance, the implementation of OECD AI Principles, data flows and privacy, child safety in digital environments, digital transformation measurement, connectivity infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies such as quantum computing. Participants also reviewed updates on the OECD AI Policy Observatory and the Global Partnership on AI (GPAI), as well as the Digital Economy and Society Outlook 2026.   It is worth highlighting that Egypt has maintained a growing engagement with the OECD's digital policy work in recent years, reflecting the country's ambitions to align its digital transformation agenda with international best practices. Through MCIT, Egypt has participated in various OECD-led initiatives aimed at strengthening digital governance frameworks, bridging digital divides, and advancing data and AI policy at the global level. منحة التدريب الصيفي من وزارة الاتصالات وأكاديمية سيسكو 2026 يُعلن المركز التنافسي للتعلم الإلكتروني، التابع لوزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، عن فتح باب التقديم في منحة التدريب الصيفي على أحدث البرامج التكنولوجية، المقدمة بالتعاون مع أكاديمية سيسكو للشبكات، مجانًا بالكامل للطلاب والخريجين الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 15 إلى 45 عامًا، من جميع المحافظات. ويقدَم التدريب بنظام التعلم المختلط، ويشمل ورش عمل تفاعلية عبر الإنترنت وأنشطة التعلم الذاتي، ويمتد خلال يونيو ويوليو وأغسطس، بواقع أربعة أسابيع لكل مسار تدريبي. ويحصل المتدربون في نهاية البرنامج على شهادة معتمدة من وزارة الاتصالات وأكاديمية سيسكو للشبكات. ويشترط على المتقدم الإلمام بأساسيات الحاسب الآلي والإنترنت، والالتزام بحضور ورش العمل عبر الإنترنت وإتمام أنشطة التعلم الذاتي من خلال الموقع الإلكتروني. كما يتعين على المتدرب توفير جهاز حاسب آلي واتصال مستقر بشبكة الإنترنت. وللحصول على الشهادة، يجب الانتهاء من المحتوى التدريبي، وحضور ورش العمل، ومشاهدة المقاطع المصورة، وإتمام المهام المطلوبة خلال أربعة أسابيع من بداية المسار التدريبي. ويمكن التسجيل في مسار واحد فقط من المسارات التالية: 1- أساسيات تكنولوجيا المعلومات  - أساسيات اللغة الإنجليزية في تكنولوجيا المعلومات  - أساسيات نظام التشغيل  - أساسيات الحاسب الآلي   2- إنترنت الأشياء والتحول الرقمي  - أساسيات اللغة الإنجليزية في تكنولوجيا المعلومات  - محو الأمية الرقمية  - مقدمة في إنترنت الأشياء والتحول الرقمي    3- الأمن السيبراني - أساسيات اللغة الإنجليزية في تكنولوجيا المعلومات  - مقدمة في الأمن السيبراني - التوعية بالأمن والأمان الرقمي   4- الذكاء الاصطناعي وعلوم البيانات  - أساسيات اللغة الإنجليزية في تكنولوجيا المعلومات  - مقدمة في الذكاء الاصطناعي - مقدمة في علوم البيانات    5- أساسيات الشبكات  - أساسيات اللغة الإنجليزية في تكنولوجيا المعلومات  - أساسيات الشبكات  - دعم وأمن الشبكات  القبول في المنحة بأسبقية التسجيل. وستُرسل رسالة تأكيد إلى البريد الإلكتروني تتضمن موعد بدء التدريب وخطوات إنشاء حساب على الموقع. آخر موعد للتقديم يوم 31 مايو. للتسجيل يرجى الضغط هنا. https://lnkd.in/ggE5CVVs #التدريب_الصيفي #منحة_مجانية #التعلم_الإلكتروني #المهارات_الرقمية #تكنولوجيا_المعلومات #الأمن_السيبراني

MCIT–Cisco Summer Training Scholarship 2026 The E-Learning Competence Center (ELCC) of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) is accepting applications for the Summer Training Scholarship 2026 on cutting-edge technological programs, offered in collaboration with Cisco Networking Academy. This is a fully funded scholarship open to students and graduates aged 15 to 45, across different governorates. The training is delivered through a blended learning model combining interactive online workshops and self-paced learning activities. It runs throughout June, July, and August, with each track lasting four weeks. Trainees will receive a certificate of completion from MCIT and Cisco Networking Academy. Applicants are required to have basic computer and Internet skills and commit to attending the online workshops and completing the self-paced activities on the platform. Each participant must have access to a computer and a stable Internet connection. To obtain the certificate, participants must complete the training content, attend the online workshops, watch the video materials, and submit the required assignments within four weeks of the track’s start. Applicants may enroll in only one of the following tracks: 1- IT Fundamentals - English for IT  - Operating Systems Basics  - Computer Hardware Basics    2- IoT and Digital Transformation  - English for IT  - Digital Awareness  - Introduction to the Internet of Things (IoT) and Digital Transformation   3- Cybersecurity  - English for IT  - Introduction to Cybersecurity  - Digital Safety and Security Awareness    4- AI and Data Science - English for IT  - Introduction to Modern AI  - Introduction to Data Science    5- Networking Basics  - English for IT  - Networking Basics - Network Support and Security    Priority is given to early applicants.
