Mindy brings over 20 years’ experience in Merchandising, Licensing, scaling global brands, architecting consumer-driven assortments, and generating substantial revenue growth through innovative business models and strategic partnerships. Throughout her career, she has delivered outstanding results, including: • Managed a $744M global merchandising business across 265 retail stores and setting enterprise-wide product, pricing, and promotional strategies that strengthened omnichannel performance. • Grew company SKU counts from 2.2K to 12K in record time • Lead Softline business through strategic collaborations • Pioneered full lifecycle brand strategies for globally beloved franchises, including new IP launches, category expansion planning, and seasonal reinvigoration programs. Mindy’s proven track record in global merchandising will be instrumental as we continue to expand our brand impact, strengthen our product strategies, and deliver exceptional value to our consumers and partners.
