Hemophilia is a high-cost, chronic genetic disorder that presents unique challenges for employer-sponsored health plans. It’s critical for employers to understand the financial exposure of hemophilia, regardless of whether they currently have a member on their plan with this condition. Many adults with hemophilia report managing their disease has a substantial impact on their working lives and an employer’s plan design plays a significant role in directing the type and quality of care they receive. The unintended consequences of utilization management and alternative funding programs can not only result in dire consequences for members but can lead to much higher long-term costs for employers. This 90-minute webinar will include how employers can take a proactive approach to align clinical best-practices with cost-effective and member-centered outcomes. The hemophilia journey from the provider, caregiver and employer perspective will address how employers can effectively manage the high cost of this bleeding disorder while improving the lives of those impacted by this chronic, but treatable, condition. We hope you will join us! We invite you to join us June 2, 2026 from 10:30am-12:00pm (CT) at our webinar, "Employer Strategies to Reduce Vaccine-Preventable Diseases in Vulnerable, High-Risk & High-Cost Members." We will explore the current workplace vaccination landscape, outlining key barriers to vaccine uptake and presenting evidence-based strategies employers can use to increase confidence and participation. Drawing on employer insights and experiences, the session will highlight common challenges and practical solutions, emphasizing the important role employers play in protecting workforce well-being. Employers that invest in access, infrastructure, and trust-building position themselves to improve health outcomes, reduce avoidable high-cost events, and better support at-risk populations, including those with chronic conditions. An employer panel will share real-world perspectives on the challenges and opportunities associated with GLP-1 coverage, benefit design, and the growing array of point solutions being deployed across the market.
