MG+M’s Trial Academy recently held a hands-on session focused on motions in limine. Led by MG+M Partner Susan Cole, participants drafted and argued motions based on a mock case file, gaining practical experience presenting evidentiary arguments and responding to opposition in real time. MG+M Partner David Frohn served as judge for the exercise, with participants receiving critique and feedback on their arguments. Trial Academy provides MG+M attorneys with practical opportunities to build advocacy skills through realistic litigation exercises.

This morning, MG+M Partner Laurelly Dale moderated Perrin Conferences’ “Trauma Informed Lawyering in Practice” panel, which explored how trauma-informed principles can shape litigation strategy, discovery, credibility assessments, case optics, and valuation.

MG+M Partner Natasha Corb and Law Clerk Tess Bedingfield examine the EPA’s draft Sixth Contaminant Candidate List (CCL 6), which adds PFAS, microplastics, pharmaceuticals, and other substances identified for potential future drinking water regulation.
