Since joining Meridian and the adhesives industry in 2021, she has played an important role in supporting employees and leaders across our Las Vegas, Orem, and Albuquerque sites as HR Business Partner. In her role, she provides strategic and day-to-day HR support, leads Meridian’s HRIS platform, UKG, and supports compensation initiatives, employee engagement, compliance, training, and workplace safety efforts across the organization. What she enjoys most about the industry is discovering how adhesives play an essential role in everyday life. While often overlooked, Meridian products and technologies help support countless applications people rely on every day. She is passionate about continuous improvement and values collaboration, employee support, and building strong workplace relationships that contribute to a positive culture. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their mini Goldendoodle, traveling, being outdoors, and attending the annual Prince Celebration in Minneapolis. As Plant Manager in our Infrastructure Division at the Orem, UT location (Convergent Concrete Technologies, LLC ), Chas plays a key role in driving performance through continuous improvement and efficient process flow. His leadership helps ensure that operations run smoothly while empowering his team to succeed. What Chas enjoys most about his work is the variety each day brings and the opportunity to collaborate with his team to solve challenges and deliver results.
