Most recently, he served as Assistant Executive Director at a community in Berkeley, where he partnered closely with residents, families, and staff to support high‑quality care and seamless operations. A proud Napa local, Justin lives with his wife and their five‑year‑old son. He values family, community, and genuine connection—qualities that shine through in the way he supports both residents and team members.
