Meet Kevin Tripp, who's been a part of Marotta Controls for nearly 5 years! As Lead Technical Recruiter III, Kevin plays a key role in sourcing top talent across engineering, program management, and technician roles within our Space Systems business unit. Known for his positive energy and sense of humor, he makes an impact both in and out of the office whether he's connecting people to new opportunities, playing in the Marotta soccer league, or cheering on the Bruins!

Congratulations to the Yellow Jacket Space Program team on an incredible milestone - successfully flying the highest collegiate liquid rocket! Marotta Controls had a great time hosting our annual Autocross and Car Show at MetLife Stadium! With over 140 attendees, this event continues to grow year after year and remains a highlight for our team.
